We are a growing and forward thinking entertainment booking agency who really understand the requirements of both artists and clients. We also very much understand the importance of fantastic presentation, from your promo videos and pictures, right up to having a clear and tidy stage and a well ironed set of stage clothes!

Details matter, therefore our vetting process is strict and only the highest quality acts with the best looking and sounding promotional material will be accepted.

What can we do for you?

How to apply

All of our evening music suppliers are required to provide a good quality PA and basic lighting for all performances.

All evening live music suppliers must provide an 'un-manned DJ' option for clients, giving the client the option of FREE playback of an mp3 first dance and mp3 playlists through your PA during your breaks and up until your booking contract expires (in most cases, midnight for evening entertainment).

Additionally, all equipment must be PAT tested and you will need to have Public Liability Insurance.

Begin your application by creating a 'media folder' containing your very best promo videos, pictures and reviews from clients.
All photos and videos must be of high quality and your video must have high quality, clear sound.
We recommend shooting videos in a studio environment so that clients can clearly see and hear you without distractions.
Upload this folder to a file sharing platform such as Onedrive, Dropbox, Yousendit etc and get a link to share it with us.

If your application is successful, we'll send you a password and a link to fill out your profile.

This will include your biog, your repertoire, the locations you're happy to perform in, what genres of music you cover and what set times and booking options you offer.

To ensure customer retention, we require all of our act names to be unique to Live Act Entertainment. This is standard practice with all entertainment agencies. We ask all acts to use a new act name that they haven't used before. Please also ensure this act name is unique to Live Act Entertainment and isn't used by any other act or agency in the UK.

Please send us a link to a download folder (OneDrive, DropBox, Yousendit etc) containing ALL of the following:

1. VIDEOS

Your videos must be high quality, un-branded videos of your act performing. The videos must be of professional production quality and be accompanied by clear, professional quality sound.

2. PHOTOS

Please include a minimum of 3 high-resolution, professional photos of your act, shot with good lighting.

3. REVIEWS

Please send us at least 3 reviews you've received from clients. You can do this by creating a text document or a word document and putting it in your media folder. Please ensure you edit any act names your client may have used within the review, to match the unique act name you've chosen to use with us.

We suggest using a file sharing service such as www.SendThisFile.com or similar. The contents of this folder will be used to create your profile if your application is successful. Please ensure there is no download time limit on the folder so we can access it when our schedule allows.

COVERING LETTER:

Introduce yourself and tell us a bit about your act and or the service you supply (this is not your bio).

YOUR MINIMUM PRICE:

Let us know how much you charge for a local event (within 1 hour of your base location). If you provide various performance options which would affect the price, please let us know how much your cheapest option would cost within 1 hour of your base location. Evening entertainment quotes are based on a 17:00 arrival and a midnight finish.
